2. Return process: Return request: To initiate a return, please contact our service client, via WhatsApp (+971) 521171185. Include your order number and the location of the tour. You will receive the original version to return your product.
Inspection: When you receive your return, we inspect the product(s) and inform you of the application or return your payment.
